Create Partition on Existing Table and then Separate the data and further inserts

Hi All,

I have a existing table on Primary File Group say

Table A

cola, colb, colc, cold

Now i want to create partition on this table and the data should be distributed based on values in colc

Ex, i have INDIA and AFRICA in colc

Post partition All india data should be in one partition and all africa data should be in another partition

Also once partition is created, how will insert data post partition and data transfer.
