I am using SQL 2012, and there is some problem from some time. When i start Sql and log in fir this message comes.
Cannot display policy health state at the server level, because the user doesn’t have permission. Permission to access the msdb database is required for this feature to work correctly.

Then the second error that pops is
An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch. (Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo)

Earlier i installed SQL 2008 r2 for some purpose then this error started to come. I have uninstalled it and tried to repair SQL 2012 but in vain. Please help me
