whenever i create new user,job or course to the database and when i tyry to fetch the records i am unable to search the records,but when i rebuild the catalogs i am able to fetch the same which i was not able to do so wothout rebuilding the catalogs,
can anyone please explain what will be the possible reasons for that? how to troubleshoot and fix it?
