SQL Server 2012 AlwaysON HADR Setup

I have few question regarding always on integration with AD and DNS Server. As
I understand WSFC need to be enabled for alwayson HADR setup in 2012 and we need
IP reserved for each nodes, ClusterName and Listner.
1. Do we need HOST(A) record created already in DNS Server for both Listner and
ClusterName before starting the setup. I think when we setup the cluster it
automatically registers host A entry. does this really fail if the entry is
already created by sysadmins before hand.
2. Is there any other changes which the WSFC or AlwaysON configuration does to
AD, DSN etc.
3. What are the domain or AD specific permissions required for the setup
beforehand.
4. Is there any specific consideration if the IP's are in two different networks
(subnet)

I basically want to work with sysadmins in my organization to get this set it
up. I should really want to know what changes they need to make in the
infrastructure before I procced with WSFC and AlwaysOn Listner.

I did this entire setup created in VMs where sql server service was a domain
admin and things were up and running without any hassel. But wanted to be sure
about specifics before setting up with restricted accounts in actual
enviornment.

Thanks,
Shiju
